rr parking light out/windows out

My right rear is out, fuses, bulbs ok, another thing that concerned me was
the fact the autocheck didn't alert me of anything wrong. It does work,
though. 

Further, my windows (all of them) stopped working one day. Same time as my
rear cig. lighter. Fuses good. Don't know about relays for the window. I
only used the drivers side and the express down relay would always stick
for about 6 seconds after the button is pressed and the window goes down
fully. Is this proper operation for it? I though it was peculiar and don't
kow if it led to my failure mode.
