sure, $60 part, 2-3 hours labor.  it's hard to get to because of the ac
evaporator.  maybe a tad on the high side, you could always get a second
opinion (not mine, I mean a real mechanic)

or do it yourself for the price of the part and coolant.

I would recommend replacing the two hoses that go through the firewall
to it as well, while they're exposed.
