Well, lets just say that Elgin is a legend in the racing world.  He has 
designed cams for Le Mans cars, daytona cars, stock cars, everything.  He 
built a cam for a GT3 Porsche recently that beat ALL of the GT2 cars as 
well.

IMO he is one of the finest cam builders out there, if not the finest...
