first, i would like to apologize to everyone who may have been infected by
this.
i would never intentionally send a binary attachment to the list.
there is no record of my having sent this in my out box.
those of you who have been to the web site already know how this can happen.

i am guilty of not practicing safe computing.
this little gem showed up courtesy of another list member, so some of you
may have already been infected.
it arrived in an email a day or two ago with a subject mentioning the 99th
anniversary of enzo's birth.
in a moment of weakness i opened an executable from an unknown (read that
untrusted) source.

a tip for those trying to get rid of this:
you cannot delete or rename the wsock32.dll file if you have a net detect
agent such as icq running.

the effects of this virus aren't seen until the next email is sent after a
reboot.
if this were a unix system i might not have found it for months...

once again my most sincere apologies to everyone.
