As mentioned earlier, Huw is the place to be for these kinds
of problems: http://www.nh.ultranet.com/~human .  The taillights
may be damaged wires, or could be the typical pre-85 culprit,
bad ground connections, which Huw details how to fix.  And the
front corner markers aren't supposed to flash with the signals.
Huw wired his new ones up with relays so they would, and if you
do it right, they'll go on with the parking lights still too.
