Fluid changes

My Mom's 89 90q is going in for some fluid changes later this week.  The
car has 205k km on it, and the diff lubes have never been changed (assumed).

What is the recommended diff lube for center and rear diffs?

What is the recommended tranny lube?

And recommendations on where to buy it would be great!
