Fluid changes

The q goes in on thursday but still no word on the fluids that should be
put in it...does _anybody_ have ideas?

I realize this is an archive thing (probably) but due to personal events in
my life in the past two days I haven't read any email or had time for any
surfing...Only checked the subject headers.

Questions below.

To anyone who as sent me personal emails regarding EKTA CD's or other, I
apologize for a lack of respose...things are rough to say the least...Will
do my best to get to them.

My Mom's 89 90q is going in for some fluid changes later this week.  The
car has 205k km on it, and the diff lubes have never been changed (assumed).

What is the recommended diff lube for center and rear diffs?

What is the recommended tranny lube?

And recommendations on where to buy it would be great!
