These are still here. I will look up the url. They fit in
front of the turbo on a bypass line, hooked up to the
WOT switch of some sort, and pump alot more air in to
compensate for lag. Apparently they work well ... but I
can't see space for it in my MC engine bay. :) They're
just the real impeller of a turbo hooked up to an electric
motor for the turbine section.

Would make for a great air inlet fan for cabin cooling. :)
Plant it out the window, direct an air duct to just below the
upper opening in the steering wheel, hit WOT and it's just
like running in an open top racer with no windshield. :)
Cool, huh? *giggle* Guy next to you at the robots is
watching you, all your windows are closed, but everytime
your car's motor revs, he sees you hair blast backwards.
