Audi GT info?

Hi,

I was thinking of getting an Audi GT project car (I saw 2 around where I
live that are < $1000). One is a 1987 and claims to have a 2.3litre
5cylinder engine w/5 speed. The other is a 1982 GT. There are no specs
mentioned for this last one.  Does anyone have any place for info  on
these cars? Are they basicly a 4000 coupe? Anyone know what the 1982 one
would have under its hood?
