5KT gas tank replacement

Heya!

The friend of mine with the leaky 5KT *still* has the leak (less of one,
now that he's tried patching it), and I'm wondering how difficult it
would be to replace the gas tank.

Taking a quick look in the Bently for my '90CQ, it looks relatively
straightforward, connection-wise (but then again, they make taking the
engine look like something fun and easy to do on the weekend), but not
having the manuals for his car, I'm wondering what the differences
would be...(assuming that while the connection points may vary, the
things being connected should be mostly the same)

In other news, had my CQ into the shop, with brake line failure, and
my brake warning light is now coming on under hard braking *sigh*
