Don't need the clutch for that after 1st.  Just need to match up the
rpm to the ratio you want.  However, if the ISV is flakey,  it's a
pita on these cars.  I think I'll try out Keith Simpson's 'poor man's
ISV fix.'  Of course, if any of you have a $$ ISV that works, you have
my attention.
