Any honest inspection people in DC area?

Hi. My dad wants to know whether anybody knows of any honest, truthful
Maryland state inspectors in the Washington DC area. He has just acquired a
car that is in really great shape but when he took it in for inspection, the
guy started bs'ing him about a leaking strut and loose steering. My dad is a
mechanically adept guy and he looked at the strut when he got home and found
that the strut is NOT leaking.....He believes that the guy who inspected his
car wants business and therefore is creating problems that do not exist. Dad
wants to take it to an honest inspector who would inspect the car and find
any problems that ACTUALLY EXIST. Has anybody dealt with someone like that
in the DC area?
