It sounds to me like you have a problem with warm-up regulator. The car is
starting on the cold start injector and idles OK (which indicates both the
ECU and idle stabilizer controller temperature switches are working OK),
but dies when the cold start injector stops working, which indicates a
problem with the warm-up regulator to me. To reliably check it's operation
you need a fuel pressure gauge, though.
