Actually, this is different.

The BMW driver was using an installed navigational system. This Audi toy is a handheld device that has Audi specific information in it, like Audi dealership whereabouts, hospital, etc. Did you go look at it?

Same as the BMW and Mercedes systems, I would guess.  Did you hear about the
guy in the 750il in Germany who activated his system and it instructed him to
drive into a river?  The scary thing is that he actually DROVE into the river.
Pretty cool if you can afford it, though...
