This looks like a junk promotional item, made with "Your Logo" 
such as pens, money clips, calculators, watches etc.  The ones 
I've seen are Made in Taiwan or Singapore, and can come programmed 
with the clients specific sites built in.  I had one from a
fuel company which listed their gas station locations that had 
diesel along with the other info.  Lasted about a week before 
it stopped working. Wasn't a total loss, as the battery was 
still useful in another device.
