Don't know about the states, but there was a big hoo-ha up here recently
about tire "ratings".
Like the fact that they aren't rated by anybody, except the manufacturer.

"M&S labelled" would be more accurate. Same with "All-Season". All season
maybe in Florida, certainly not in Ottawa.
