Sometimes you tug the line and they pop out. Sometimes you grip them
with Vise-Grips and lever the grips against the head. Sometimes you
need the special tool that goes underneath them and lifts them like
carpet tacks.
And sometimes you need to take the head off, bolt it to a railway
sleeper (tie) and get a strong, fit 18-year-old swimmer to pull on
a four-foot pry bar while two of you try and hold the head down. BTDT.
