You gotta wonder about the dealership you use. There is a little button
at the top of ETKA that says "print". If you hit it, a hardcopy
miraculously appears at the printer. Ill summarize so you can print it
out for your dealer:


push print button


There, that should help them.  Good luck, and I suggest you find another
dealer. :)
