Clutch pedal sticks on floor

Leaving work tonight in my 100Q, I pushed the clutch pedal
down to get into gear. When it hit the floor, it stayed :-(

Levering it back up an inch with my toe, it sprung up just fine,
and it continues to work just fine as long as I don't push it
all the way to the floor. Pushing it 3/4 of the way it springs
back like normal. All other pedal feel is normal.

Busted spring? Dying master cylinder? Hairy green toads....
