I AM GETTING A FAIR PRICE???

Hey guys, 
	There are a couple of things that I have to get fixed on my '91 Audi 100.
They are:

Front Struts (both sides)
Tune-up
Oil Change (Does the Audi oil filter make a difference, and should I request
it?)
Timing Belt (I'm not sure if I need this but my "clock" read 117000...any 	
			suggestions?)
Can anyone tell me what a fair price would be to get all of the above fixed on
my automobile?

*Note that labor as well as parts need to be considered since I will be having
a    mechanic do my car.

Two 10" MTX Thundercast Subs in a custom box, and
2 JBL GT series Amplifiers)
