RE: Audi

If you hit a tree for no reason because you are
a) an idiot
b) driving like an idiot,
should AoA pay for repairs, or a new car? Of course not, Cindy is both, a &
b. To expect that an auto manufacturer would pay for damages from hitting
something, and blame it on a design flaw, is absurd.

I have news for you, Cindy - all cars (those things with 4 wheels that you
obviously only put gas into) - all have these reservoirs to collect the
engine oil for recirculation. These reservoirs are called "Oil Pans", and
they are all on the bottom of engines. That's right kids, it is simply part
of how an engine is built. Can you say "Oil Pan". I bet you can.

These excerpts must be from the absolute dumbest person who is licensed to
drive:
"I was informed that I had hit something to fracture the oil pan... I see
this as a design flaw and/or I am not a very good driver."

Hey Cindy, I think drunk drivers should sue the car manufacturer, because
they didn't prepare for them to hit a tree after drinking a 12-pack.
Actually, maybe they should sue the owner of the land where the tree grows,
because they should have prepared for you to hit the tree.

Hey Kerry, I am not sure where you work, but I pity your company for the
intellect of some of the employees there...
