Yep, I believe this gentleman is from Fargo.
If anyone is interested in the car, I am currently also living (stuck)
in North Dakota, so I could give it a look-see if you wanted an
impartial impression of the car.  I don't have very much experience with
the Ur-Q, but I do have a 4kq, so I am familiar with the chassis, and a
89 200tq, so also have some experience with the turbo I5 (albeit, the
MC), hydraulic brakes, etc.
