When was the recall issued?. We bought the car in 93, (it's a 91 by the way),
with only 14k on it.
Hopefully the recall came out after we had purchased the car, because we have
never receaved any notice about it. we did recieve the airbag recall though,
so they know we own the car and have our adress.
If it was before 93, then I wonder why it was not fixed. the car was owned by
Melanie Pray (daughter of the owner of Pray Audi/VW/Porsche in Greenwich CT.)
so...anyone have any clue about this?
another thing, what type of synthetic oil was used to replace the non-
synthetic oil? what grade, etc.
