Tires and Question

Got the 15 inch rims and 195/50 Pirellis put on today (thanks
Dan!) and am hoping it does not snow...   Car felt pretty good 
for almost 15 years old, this new setup rides/handles better.

Question:  Got some antifreeze on the ground and after I got home
I went to start up the car to move her out of the way, started but when
I tried to hit the gas, nothing.  Either I need gas (gauge still not fixed)
or I've got other problems (H2O pump?)   Any help?    Thanks!!!
