I know one you should stay away from at all cost, Clair.  They butchered
the bodywork on my V8Q, not to mention breaking my sunroof.  The actual
scenario is in the archives somewhere, I'd rather forget.  More recently,
there was an A6 (metalic purple) wagon an aquantance of mine brought to
them for some body work, they matched the color so bad the first time
that it looked like Barney on Acid when they gave him the car back.

Before anyone replies saying how great Mac at Clair is....the body shop
has NOTHING to do with the parts department.  I've known Mac personally
for over 12 years and even he was surprised by what they did to my car.
