You're going to go to a scrapyard for control arms and bushings instead
of just new bushings from the dealer? 
The control arms you have, are they straight? Or were you in an
accident. If they are straight, then...

1) The ones you have, you KNOW are good.
2) The ones from a scrapyard are there for a reason... are they any
better than yours?
3) Control arms from a scrapyard are probably just as expensive as just
new bushings from the dealer
4) What makes you think the bushings from the yard will be any better
than the ones you have?

Same goes for subframe....

Bushings arent that expensive... probably $15 each or so. Try
aftermarket too..
