yarg. this bonehead (the customer that is) is a good example of why mechs don't
want to install parts we provide.  who knows what's in that tranny - could be a
family of snakes or a bucket of sawdust or just about anything.  mech's fault is
for not giving this guy a huge disclaimer before the job, but then again, he
probably did, and the guy is still irate... hate when other knuckleheads give the
rest of us a bad name...
