Re: low oil pressure when cold
First thing is to verify at the shop that the oil pressure is _really_
low. Maybe it's just the >2krpm oil pressure switch.
Second and more important - heavy acceleration at over 4krpm with a
cold engine is a thing that shouldn't happen to a car you like...
Unless you want to check the oil level in the rear view mirror one
day.
