Hi Jim;

    The trick with these inside door handles/armrests is that they are not
screwed to the door, they are clamped to steel blade mounts which protude
through the door panel. The clamps are loosened by unscrewing the allen
screws accessed under the bottom of the armrest. The screws are oriented
vertically. Once the clamps are loosened, the armrest is removed by pulling
outward while wiggling it up and down.
