Re: Help needed - Looking for +1 Subframe Bushings

Any folks out there that would like to share their knowledge/experience
regarding my comments below, please take some time to e-mail me.

Nick,
No I haven't. I was hoping to get some opinions soon regarding the whole
suspension thing. I will be replacing / upgrading much of mine within the
next few months and I haven't decided which way to go yet.

My thoughts are it would be nice to stiffen things up as much as possible
without killing the ride. I know it's going to be compromises, but I don't
know where yet.

Some of the things I am thinking need attention:
(most will get replaced regardless of which way/s I go due to mileage and
when I am in there I want to do it all)

	springs
	struts
	control arm bushings
	ball joints
	subframe bushings
	upper strut bearings
	tranny and diff mounts
	roll bar bushings/mounts
	endlink bushings

Now, which combo of stock or aftermarket to go with? I am not convinced
that aftermarket is necessarily the better in all cases. A lot to
consider. I also want to find out if the stock S2 hubs (5 bolt pattern)
would be a direct swap. That is probably just an aesthetic thing, but if
the higher horsepower S2 got them from the factory maybe there is a reason.
I also wonder if it would be an 'upgrade' to try to go to the S2
equivalent on all parts where possible and feasible (expense wise)

Thanks to all that can contribute to my near term project.
