91 200tqw radiator

i've heard that there's a factory bulletin re: repairing the nipple of the
upper inlet hose on the radiator by epoxying it back in place (the small
hose that is connected to the coolant resevoir). has anyone had success
doing this and is there any place that the bulletin would be posted on the
web?
also, does anyone have a suggestion for a metal radiator replacement (i.e.
part #)? i talked to a radiator shop and they are having difficulty figuring
out the exact replacement. they ordered a radiator and it had 2 less hose
connectors than the radiator on my car (it was probably for a 10v
engine(?),i have a 20v turbo).
