Uh huh.  Just like how the 200q20v "did" 0-60 in 6.5 according to 
Audi, but the fastest any of the car mags could get was  the low 7's. 
The figures are about right to support the times Audi claimed, but 
it's a little weird that no one else could get those figures.  I 
suppose that one could say the reviewers inflated the times, maybe to 
lean people towards the V8 or towards a BMW or something, but then 
you start to sound like a conspiracy nut :)

It is also possible that the 200q20v was tested by the reviewers in 
warmer climates; the car is fairly sensitive to outside air temp and 
acts very differently in 30 degree weather than in 80 degree weather 
:)
