i have absolutely no doubt that the s4 is a 5.5 0-60 vehicle.  in my
experience, easier to get that figure than the tested 4.8s for the rs2.  i
mean how many times are you going to sidestep the clutch @7k rpm on your
car......

Uh huh.  Just like how the 200q20v "did" 0-60 in 6.5 according to
Audi, but the fastest any of the car mags could get was  the low 7's.
The figures are about right to support the times Audi claimed, but
it's a little weird that no one else could get those figures.  I
suppose that one could say the reviewers inflated the times, maybe to
lean people towards the V8 or towards a BMW or something, but then
you start to sound like a conspiracy nut :)
