Help! Electric problem... Voltage Stablizer??

Hi! Anyone heard of a Voltage Stabilizer in the '85 4000S?

Situation: The following gauges are dead: tachometer, volt meter, water
temp., oil temp.. Also, the directional signals are dead, but hazard is
still good.
According to the Hangs (sp?) manual's circuit diagram, all of the above
points to a thing call Volt Stab (I am assuming Voltage Stabilizer). Is
this a relay? If so, where can I find it?? Is it an easy fix?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
