I think that you are giving a potential thief w * a * y too much
credit. There is the thief who looks for specific items, and then there
is the other, who will steal the wheels because they "look cool"
and will worry about fitment later.
I don't that that anyone can tell the difference between a 4 x 100
and 4 x 108 wheel from ten feet. Someone might decide that the Audi
wheels
would look neat on a VW, only to found out later that they won't
fit.
