You are in the early stages of "volcano syndrome". Your power steering pump
has a small air leak, and is sucking air in and aerating the pentosin.
Eventually this will progress to foaming and rapid eruption of pentosin
from the reservoir cap, hence the name "volcano syndrome".
Cured by rebuilding the PS pump - about an hour or two, kit costs about
$20. Not a big deal. High dollar cure is replacing the pump entirely,
results the same but for ten times the money.
Discussion of syndrome and pump rebuild in archives.
