One issue is the difference between northern and southern speed bumps. 
In snow country they are often 3-4 "wide" whereas in the warm lands they
are more like little curbs.  the southern ones are "best" taken fast -
the suspension just goes up and down, the body moves in a straight
line.  The northern ones will launch ya if you hit 'em fast... ok, I
haven't btd*T* but you get the picture...
