... no, I don't think so ... if you lift before it thinks you've hit 60
it'll keep counting away. You can tell when it thinks you've hit 60 by the
fact that it stops counting ... that is when you should lift. If you don't
lift soon enough it then goes into the quarter-mile mode ... once it has
detected that you are slowing down from the 0-60 run it prepares itself for
a 60-0 measurement ...
... this is all from memory and it has been a little while since I've used
it so I might have things slightly wrong. I can tell you that it bases all
of its measurements on the internal accelerometer ... the only external
connection is power.
