CGT Brake Repair

I took the rotors on my Audi off and had them machined.  I put them 
back on and I'm wondering if there is any further adjustment that has 
to be made in regards to the pads and the clearance between them and 
the disks.  I have driven the car and it appears to be fine, even under 
very hard braking, but I'd prefer to ask people who know for sure.
