Boost controller installation instructions

Greetings all,

A few people have asked either Graydon or myself how we installed the HKS
EVC boost controller into the S4. To answer those people, and to help anyone
else avoid some aspects of our learning curve, I've put together a how-to
web-page complete with pictures and notes. The location of the specific page
