4kq OXS Voltagte Values?

I'm a little confused.
	Yea Yea, so whats new.  Anyhow, I'm thinking that my OXS may be
bad so warmed up the car and tested it.    I just pulled the wire and
measured Voltage, I got about .55 - .60 all the time.  
	Bently says to check it I have to disconnect Crankcase breather
vent and something else then measure Amperage.  I though just a voltage
check at idle would tell me what I needed to know.  
	Anyhow, what should it be.  Does it range from 0-1.0v so .55 would
be slightly rich or does it run on either side of 1.0v (maybe + or - .25v
either side) so that .55v is WAY Lean.  
	Also, Interesting, I took apart my Vacuume system like the
breather hoses from Valve Cover and to Crank Case and cleaned them all
out.  Replaced connector hose for Crank Case as it fell apart.  Now car
runs MUCH better.  Am I just getting better air flow. I dont lose power at
WOT and High RPM now.  Its GREAT!
