"Cursor moved to edge will not scroll screen"... for this feature to work,
your video card must have its own drivers that allow you to set up a
virtual desktop size that's larger than your actual desktop size. The
video card (ELSA Winner 3000) in my workstation here at the office
provides drivers that have this feature for Win95/98, but not for WinNT.
Lacking that, you must simply operate the program with a desktop size
of 1280 x 1024. If you card and monitor, together, don't provide that
large a desktop size, then I'd have to say, it's upgrade time...
