Re: low on gas === engine cut out

My 84 Rabbit GTI..........a few months ago would cut out ONLY on right turns
when the fuel gauge was down to the reserve mark.....then started doing the
same when at a 1/4 tank......then at a half tank......now does this about 50
miles after filling the tank......ONLY right turns.  when I get under 1/4
tank it will cut out even when turning right......on level ground.....as
slow as 4 or 5 miles per hour........left turns.....no problem
