Lets not JUMP to conclusions.  This guy could be real busy and might have 
slip his mind that he hasn't paid.  The bar might not even installed or not 
even opened yet.  You never know.  Lets not kill this guys e-mail name on 
here.  After all, we all did something stupid once or twice or more than 
that, in our lives.  So lets just wait before we attack him with Forms or 
with local sheriffs... =)
