AFAIAC, that's fine too - completely fine to use the left lane to pass even if
you're only going a few miles over the traffic your overtaking.  the bogus thing
is not pulling over as soon as you can if someone is behind you AND you are done
with your passing manuever.

the valid part of this little 'A4' story is that just cause you are hauling ass
doesn't mean you have sole right to the left lane. AND that if the guy in front
of you is directly behind someone else, he probably would be happy to either go
faster or get out of your way - if he could.
