In Colorado it actually is "Slower Traffic Keep Right." Two problems:
many drivers who are going just the speed limit do not
consider themselves to be "slower" so we are plagued with
5mph-over left lane cruisers. These are usually fat ass SUVs
and the rest are either Honda Civics with low rider mini-tires,
minivans with brain dead drivers or, yes it's true, German luxo-barges
hauling big ego payloads.

The second problem is that the State Patrol is so fixated on the
Speed Kills mantra that they are blind to every other type
of inconsiderate or even insane driving behavior. Unless weapons
are drawn, they couldn't care less.
