Road rage-Bright Red Audi

Road rage is only on the increase as tensions run higher and the world
moves faster.   My first week in my first Audi (about 3 weeks ago now) I
was driving and a old truck came up next to me, man inside fingerin',
cussin' , sceaming.  Then tries to run me off road, why? I have
absolutely no idea.  My car, 1993 90 BRIGHT RED, looks brand new and
super clean (waxed her the night before) Anyhow guy runs at me again (no
reason) this is enough for me so I speed up and pull over at next street,
figure guy will just go away.  Nope he pulls in and blocks my drivers
door with truck (hits my mirror) then peals out a few feet>  Now I am
pissed, I get out (not to be trapped in car) and he guns his truck in
reverse and tries to run me down.  I get behind Audi as he stops gets out
of truck and comes right at me (passenger too).  I am so pissed now,
believe me, this was getting out of control.  Guy is bigger than me and
walks up fists up.  I demand "What the hell is wrong with you"  He
screams "You where driving too fast in your ritzy liitle Mercedes you
spoiled punk" and then tries to hit me.  I may look like a punk (young
face I guess) but I am NO punk, 28 mean and dangerous when cornered. 
Anyhow I beat guy up, not terrible maybe 8-10 punches (what are you gonna
do?)  He falls down and I still punch his worthless ass (I am really
angry), then his passenger grabs me from behind and starts wrestling, guy
gets back up and grabs me too (headlock) and i can't get out.  Passenger
backs off and I see that this could be bad.  Instinct gets me loose from
him and inflicts some more damage.  I run to Audi where I have a police
baton (expandable) that I found in a ex-police mustang I bought years
ago.  Try to get it as guy slams door on me finally get out of car flip
out baton and smack guy in arm.  Figure it's over guy is bleeding from
face hurt in arm etc.  Guy runs to truck where passenger has a hammer and
a 4 foot wood and metal level.  Guy grabs level and comes at me, swinging
hard, for my head.  I duel with him while backing off at least 60 feet
and finally have no choice except to really hurt this guy.  He is tough
and won't stop, crazed eyes.  I yell "I gonna have to kill you man, STOP
now"  of course he doesn't stop and I have almost backed into a main
street in Phoenix.  So I waited till he swung the level again, dodged it,
went in and hit him in the head.  Guy drops.  Passenger still has hammer
but I jump in Audi and take off.  Did I tell you this is a dead end
street well I have to drive past truck to get away.  Passenger throws
hammer through the windshield of Audi.  I keep going and pull into next
parking lot just as cops arrive (right on time....)
As it turns out no charges can be pressed or I would go to jail as well
as guy when he gets out of hospital. He got hurt, I didn't.  Guess that
means I am just as much at fault .(God only knows)
Guy is 35-40, white, family, constuction worker,tells cops he harrased me
because i was driving too fast (wasn't) in an expensive sporty car.
