	Hmmm, I dont know if its the same Sheriff but I think that
"Playboy" did an article on him and the Chaingangs a few years back.  See,
guys do read it for the articles. :-)   I know it was in Arizona and I'm
almost SURE it was Maricopa County so probably the same Sheriff.  Didn't
say anything about Reckless Driving offenders from what I remember though.
