Hi Gary;

    If you have verified a windshield leak, the only satisfactory solution
is to have the windshield removed, the pinchweld cleaned up, and the
windshield replaced and re-sealed. Trying to seal it from the outside is
usually futile and trying to seal it from the inside is messy and if
successful will result in a rusted out pinchweld over time. Most glass shops
will do an R&R for $100 or less, but usually won't guarantee they will not
break the glass if it is chipped or bullseyed.
