Euro lights

Does anyone have the part #'s for the H1/H4 eurolights for the CGT?  A
friend of mine from Belgium is here in the states visiting and he is going
to try to dig up a pair for me when he gets back.  Do the H1/H4 incorporate
a parking light.  The reason that I ask is that I need to replace the r/h
fender on my 86 CGT and I am going to use the fender off of my 84 which has
the parking light in the fender.  If I will need to use these for the euro's
then I won't weld up the hole for the light in the fender.
